Description
Block Cheddar cheese is a type of cheddar that is produced on a large scale in factories using pasteurized milk. For block cheddar, this process is automated and can handle capacities of up to 15 tonnes per hour. The cheese is then matured, and its flavor develops over time within the sealed environment.
